Awaiting Order Arrival
You can track your order by visiting my account > order section. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use that link to check the delivery status anytime.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact our support team with your Order ID. We will check with the courier partner and update you.
Address changes may be possible before dispatch only (you can contact us to change your delivery address). Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately if you need changes.
The courier partner will usually attempt delivery again. You may also receive a call from the delivery agent to reschedule the delivery.
Ordering & Payment
Select your desired product, click on “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and complete the checkout process.
We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (if available), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible products and locations.
Yes. All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways with SSL encryption. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
In rare cases, payment may be deducted due to technical issues. If your order is not confirmed, the amount will usually be refunded automatically. You can also contact our support team with transaction details for assistance.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
After sales
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within the specified return period with your Order ID and clear images of the issue. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Yes, refurbished products may come with a limited warranty (if mentioned on the product page). Please check the product description for warranty details before purchasing.
You can request a return or exchange by contacting our customer support within the allowed return window. Please provide your Order ID and reason for the request.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your bank account after receiving the required details.
Yes, if the order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid (for prepaid orders) will be refunded. COD orders do not require a refund if payment was not collected.
In most cases, the full amount will be refunded. However, shipping charges or handling charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable, depending on the reason for return.
If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please contact our support team with your Order ID and payment details. We will check the status and assist you.
