Shipping Policy

We provide shipping services across all locations in India and ship 6 days a week.

Processing

Orders placed after 12 noon IST on any day are processed by the next day. We do not Dispatch orders on  Sundays, and National Holidays.

Limited Delivery Time

Our standard shipping time is expected 4-10 days to deliver in India, the feasibility of delivery may depend on the location or location where the order will be shipped. In the event that none of our shipping partners deliver to your place, then we may ship your order via Speed ​​Post / Registered Post / Package via India Post. Orders submitted via India Post are not tracked and may take up to 10 days for the order to reach you, in extreme cases.

Tracking your order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your email to verify your order by visiting the delivery partner’s website. It may take up to 12-24 hours to update your tracking number on our website.

Shipping Partners

We use the best shipping partners in India. They offer fast, secure, and reliable delivery services. To track your orders you can visit the appropriate sender site. We use the services of Delivery Courier, Ship-Rocket Courier, and Indian Parcel Courier.

Order Cancellation by Otabazaar

Otabazaar.com reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch due to valid reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, payment problems, incorrect address, or any other unavoidable situation.

Please note that placing an order or receiving an order confirmation message does not mean the order is finally accepted. An order is confirmed only after it is dispatched from our warehouse.

If Otabazaar cancels the order:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):No refund is required as no payment was collected.
  • Prepaid Orders:The full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken to reflect in the account depends on the bank or payment provider.

Otabazaar will inform the customer about the cancellation through email, SMS, or phone call.

Otabazaar shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising due to cancellation of the order.
