Shipping Coverage

We provide shipping services across all locations in India and process shipments 6 days a week.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and National Holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time within India is approximately 4–10 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and service availability.

In cases where our regular courier partners are unable to deliver to your location, your order may be shipped through India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post / Parcel Service).

Please note:

  • Orders shipped through India Post may not always have live tracking updates.

  • In rare or remote-area cases, delivery may take up to 10 additional days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

  • Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Order Cancellation by Otabazaar

Otabazaar.com reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Payment verification issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Any other unavoidable circumstances

Please note that placing an order or receiving an order confirmation does not mean the order has been finally accepted. An order is considered confirmed only after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD)

No refund is applicable as no payment has been collected.

Prepaid Orders

The full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Otabazaar will notify customers regarding any cancellation through email, SMS, or phone call.

Otabazaar shall not be held responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damages caused due to cancellation of an order.
