Payments Policy
At Otabazaar, we offer secure and convenient payment options to provide a smooth shopping experience.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

- UPI
- Net Banking
- Wallets (if available)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (available on selected products/locations)
Available payment options may change from time to time without prior notice.
2. Secure Payment Processing
All online payments are processed through secure and trusted third-party payment gateways. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information.
Otabazaar does not store your complete debit/credit card details on our servers.
3. Payment Confirmation
Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization (for prepaid orders). If the payment fails or is declined by the bank/payment provider, the order will not be confirmed.
In rare cases where the payment amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers are advised to contact us. The deducted amount will be automatically refunded as per the payment provider’s timeline.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD service is available for eligible products and locations only.
Otabazaar reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or customers based on internal risk checks.
Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and address details for COD orders.
5. Fraudulent Transactions
Otabazaar reserves the right to cancel any transaction found to be suspicious, unauthorized, or fraudulent. Additional verification may be requested if required.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds for cancelled, returned, or failed orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the bank or payment provider.
